What we collect

NHS Pay Bands is a static website. We do not require accounts, we do not ask for personal information, and calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser — salaries you enter are never sent to our servers.

Advertising and cookies

We display advertising provided by Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required by law, you will be shown a consent message before advertising cookies are set.

Analytics and server logs

Our hosting provider may record standard, aggregated technical logs (such as request counts and country-level traffic) to operate the service. These logs do not identify you.

Third-party links

We link to external sites such as NHS Employers and gov.uk. Their privacy practices are their own — check their policies when you visit.
